This is the scarf I've been working on for a while now. The working name for the shawl is "diamonds and feathers"; it's basically a triangle shaped shawl that transitions into the razor shell pattern. I think razor shell looks a bit like feathers.

Flower Basket shawl, in angora -- gave this to Mom for Mother's Day. It really looked like the 'egg crate' others have mentioned while it was being knitted, but when it was blocked the whole thing relaxed into the pattern and looks great. Interesting how different it looks from the one in Koigu KPPPM, though.
